What we collect
You can browse this website without giving us any personal data. When you send a cable configuration or a cable schedule through our enquiry forms, we collect your company name, contact name, business email address, phone number, company country and delivery country; the details of your requirement (cable types, quantities, standards, delivery date, project reference and notes); and any document you attach.
Please do not send passwords or confidential personal documents through our forms.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to understand your requirement, prepare an offer and correspond with you about it and about any order that follows. We process this data to take steps at your request before a possible contract, and in our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Who sees it
Enquiries are stored on this website and emailed to our sales team. To obtain offers, we share the technical details of your requirement with qualified partner manufacturers. We do not give them your contact details unless you agree, for example when you choose to contract directly with a manufacturer. If you appoint an independent inspection body, we share the order details it needs to inspect your goods.
The website and its email service are hosted by Hostinger. When pages load, Hostinger also delivers a script from its own servers (cdn-reach.hostinger.com); this processing is covered by Hostinger’s own privacy policy. Some of these services may process data outside Türkiye.
Attachments and retention
Documents you attach are emailed to our sales team and then deleted from the website server. We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any resulting business, and for as long as commercial and tax law requires.
Technical data and cookies
Like any website, our server records technical data such as your IP address and browser type. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions and protect the forms from spam. This website does not set advertising cookies.

Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask whether we process your personal data, request access to it, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its processing and ask who it has been shared with.
